Privacy

This page explains what personal information TOTUM Studio collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. In plain English.

Who we are

TOTUM Studio is a trading name of TOTUM Consulting Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16831657. Our registered office is Cheshire, UK. We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at louie@totum-studio.com.

What we collect

If you use the enquiry form, we collect what you type: your name, your business name, what you are looking to achieve, how you found us, your email address and your phone number. We also record where you came from (the site or link that sent you, and any campaign tag on it). If you email us, we keep the email.

What we do not collect

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits, pages viewed and where visitors come from. It does not use cookies and does not follow you across other sites or build a profile of you; the figures are anonymous and aggregated. We do not use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

How we use it, and why

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to talk about whether we can help, and to keep a record of who we have spoken to. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, and, if we start working together, performing our contract with you. We do not add you to a mailing list from the form. If we follow up, you can ask us to stop at any time.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Enquiries are stored in our customer relationship system, GoHighLevel. This website is hosted by Vercel. These providers act on our behalf and may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on safeguards the law accepts for international transfers. We do not sell your information, and we only share it with these providers and our professional advisers where needed.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we start working together. If we do, we keep the records the law requires, which for accounting is usually six years.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to move it to someone else. Email us and we will respond within a month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the chance to put it right first.

Changes
